Re: SACGB Chair Report


Work Accomplished

  • Met w/Rep Kackar to discuss SLSC legislation amendments
  • Drafted and presented a works accomplished form to SC
  • Communicated w/Amy Timm and Sarah Neibart re: rescheduling budget hearing for SSFC
  • Follow up w/Sheila Keaton re: CfLI office
  • Contacted SBI chair and scheduled debrief for SACGB
  • Sent out final reminder of space application due date via CfLI


Goals for Next Week

  • Set up meeting with SBI to discuss space use and plan
  • Meet w/David Gardner re: SACGB leadership roles and board scope
  • Solidify an intern project with Kelly
  • Decide on office space for LIC based on decision of board
    • Contact LIC if a decision is made to change and coordinate for move over break w/Floor Manager and desk staff
  • Compile all applications and materials for packet for board members
    • Table of Contents
    • Eval forms after each application
  • Identify and address any concerns or points of confusion with allocation process
    • Perform evaluation of 2nd group from mock allocation and compare to allocate one suite to either applicant based on discussion of criteria
  • Make a decision about CfLI office space (allocate?)
    • Meet w/CfLI to discuss a written agreement  that brings up proposal each fall and decide to allocate prior to general RSO pool or be included in general RSO pool of applcants
  • Meet w/reserve board to discuss safety concerns and solutions in WSUM
    • Cameras, staffing, policy
  • Set up Budget hearing dates w/Sarah Neibart and decide on dates to meet over break with Amy Timm
