“Lobby or Die”

March 2, 2012

Check out this recent editorial board piece from the Badger Herald, discussing the importance of next week’s Lobby Day at the Capitol.

LOBBY OR DIE

Students have a great advantage when talking to politicians, as they are able to pull from personal experiences and have very valid and real opinions about issues that directly affect them.  A united student front is a strong step in getting legislators to listen.

You can find more information about registering for lobby day on United Council’s website, unitedcouncil.net and the facebook event, Lobby Day, can be found here.
